Unfortunately, there is no way for us to forcefully disconnect an encoder from your live stream. You can, however, manually stop your automation/playout encoder, which will disconnect your stream from the Live365 servers.

Once you have manually disconnected your encoder, AutoDJ, if enabled and set up, will automatically be connected. AutoDJ will help to ensure that your listeners don't encounter silence. 

We can have a developer manually change the password for your LiveDJ feature, so please contact the Live365 Support team if you need assistance. Optionally, you can go to your Live365 Account Menu and select User Management to invite users and set roles for them individually. For more information on User Management, please click here.
