You may notice that some tracks have "null" listed near their names once they are inserted into a playlist. This article will detail how to avoid seeing this text.
When creating playlists, some tracks may not have the year in their metadata, and they might look like this:
The first track has "1969" and the last two have "null" as the year. Missing year metadata on a track does not affect scheduling or playback, so this is a cosmetic discrepancy.
If you wanted to correct this, you will have to access Media ➡ Tracks, click "Edit" on that specific track, and then add the corresponding year to it.
Be sure to save your changes before exiting the track Edit window.
NOTE: The "null" text only shows up in the Playlist Editor, and not in the Media Library. The Media Library view shows a " - " wen the year metadata is missing.
