You may notice that some tracks have "null" listed next to their title once they are inserted into a playlist. This article will explain how to correct this.

When creating playlists, some tracks may not have the year in their metadata, and they will look like this:

The first track has "1969" and the last two have "null" set as the year. Missing year metadata on a track does not affect scheduling or playback, so this is a cosmetic discrepancy.

In order to correct this, you will have to navigate to Tracks, click on that specific track, and then add the year in the corresponding metadata field.

Be sure to save your changes by clicking the orange Save button.

Note: The "null" text only shows up in the Playlist Editor, and not in the media ibrary. The Media Library view shows a blank space when the year metadata is missing.
