The notification Encoder/Relay dropped is triggered when either your LiveDJ source encoder is disconnected, or the Relay URL becomes unavailable.
Please check the local encoding software to see if it's still open/connected. If it's not, it should display an error message that will provide additional details about the issue you are experiencing.
Usually, the encoder's disconnection takes place when there is a local network outage or your Internet connection becomes unstable. Please try to use other Internet services on the same computer in order to check if you are experiencing a connection issue. If there is a Live365 streaming network issue or any system maintenance going on, we will always update our status page at status.live365.com.
If the Relay source dropped, please access Sources -> Relay within the Dashboard and copy the Relay URL into a web browser tab. If the URL is not loading in the web browser, there is a possibility that the URL is wrong, it's regularly changing, or the source is currently unavailable. You may only use sources that you own or sources that you have permission to distribute. You may contact the company/provider of the Relay source and check if there are any issues on that end.
We recommend uploading a about 200 tracks to your Live365 library so the system can fall back on AutoDJ if your main LiveDJ source disconnects or if your Relay fails at any point.
NOTE: You will need the stream relayed to be encoded at 128 kbps, CBR, 44.1 kHz, MP3.
