We needed to disable tracks download capability in the new Broadcaster software. The reasons are based on legal compliance, and the decision to disable downloads was made by our legal and business teams.

You'll always want to have a centralized vault of your material outside of Live365, as Live365 is not a cloud-based storage solution. We highly recommend Backblaze or Dropbox, as they are both incredibly useful. Should Live365 or another cloud service lose all of your uploaded files, you'd be able to quickly revert using a service like Backblaze. These services are explicitly cloud-based storage solutions, which you can access globally.
