Since Live365 covers SoundExchange reporting and licenses musical works through ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, SOCAN, Re:Sound, PPL, and PRS for Music, all customer payments are committed through to the end of that current month and are non-refundable. This means that once payment is made, we are not able to issue a refund.


If you cancel your Live365 account, access to your Live365 account will persist until the end of your billing cycle.
