All customer payments are committed through to the end of the current period and are non-refundable. This means that once payment is made, we are not able to issue a refund.
If you cancel your Live365 account, access to your Live365 account will persist until the end of your billing cycle.
To reverse your cancellation request, you can contact the Live365 Support Team via a support ticket or email.
Note: Live365 reserves the right to grant exceptions to this refund policy at the discretion of Leadership.
