Chat Support
You can reach out to our Support Team through our “Chat with Support” widget from 9am-6pm Eastern, Monday-Friday. This widget is available on our support portal and inside of Live365 Dashboard in the bottom-right corner of your web browser. The “Chat with Support” widget will be visible to broadcasters logged into the Live365 Dashboard.

Technical Support Sessions
You receive 3 screen-sharing appointment sessions per 6 month period, included with your streaming package, as well as free support through the help desk tickets, phone calls, and chat. To book a screen-sharing session, please go to our support session scheduler and pick a time and day that works for you.
This is how you'd go about coordinating a GoTo Meeting call where we are working through technical support concerns or holding a training and walk-thru session. Billing Inquiries
