Instructions:
  1. Navigate to your Windows Search Bar,  in the bottom left corner of the screen, if available, or press the Microsoft Windows logo key from your keyboard and begin typing Remote Desktop until you see the Remote Desktop Connection application.
  2. Once you open this program, you will see the following screen indicating you need to point the service to an external computer.

To do so, you must enter the Virtual Machine’s IP address and the port we provide you in the initial setup email. We highly recommend copying and pasting this information and making sure there are no additional spaces between the numbers or at the end of the connection IP address.
  3. Now that the IP is entered in the Computer field click on Connect in the bottom right corner of the window. If you receive an error during this step, double-check that the IP address and the port you inserted match the one from the setup email. If the issue persists, please contact our Support Team and mention the error message you are receiving so we can best assist.
  4. The next window that appears will be requesting the login credentials for your Virtual Machine. Click on the More choices button and then on Use a different account. This will allow you to type in the login information we provided. Once you have added the username and password, click the OK button in the bottom left corner of the window.

Feel free to check the Remember me option if you would like to save the login details for future connections.
  5. Finally, you will see a certificate confirmation screen. This asks if you are sure you want to connect to that device. Click Yes to proceed, and if you do not want to see this dialogue again, check the Don't ask me again option.
