Maintaining an active subscription with Live365 requires you to have a valid payment method attached to your Live365 Dashboard account.


Live365 Payment Methods

  • Debit/Credit Card - Available globally
  • Link - Stripe 1-click checkout
  • Cash App Pay - Available only for United States based customers
  • ACH Direct Debit - Available only for United States based customers
  • Apple Pay - Available on Safari and Apple devices
  • Google Pay - Available through Google Chrome and Android devices
  • Amazon Pay - Requires a valid Amazon account with a balance
  • Cartes Bancaires - Available only for customers based in France
  • Alipay - Available only for customers based in China
  • WeChat Pay - Available only for customers based in China


Note: Unfortunately, you cannot pay your invoice using PayPal at this time. We hope to introduce this capability in the future.

Updating your payment method

If the initial payment method that you used to sign up with Live365 has expired or can no longer process online payments, you will need to promptly update your payment information within the Dashboard to avoid account suspension.


Here are the steps to take in order to update your billing details:

  1. Login to the Live365 Dashboard.
  2. Select your station.
  3. Next, from the top right Account menu, select Manage account.
  4. Click on Payment. Your available payment methods will be displayed. Click on the preferred one.
    Depending on your device and location, you will be presented with a range of payment methods to pick from in order to pay your Live365 invoices.
  5. Provide the updated billing and payment method information you'd like to use for this account, then scroll to the bottom of the page and press the Save button.
    To save your new details for recurring payments, make sure to check the box next to "Save payment details for future purchases".


Payment method issues

If your payment details are found to be incorrect or are rejected, rest assured that you will promptly receive an error notification within the top right corner of your screen detailing the exact issue. If you need more time to read the error message, hover it with your mouse cursor to hold it on your screen.

We recommend that you carefully verify the accuracy of the card number you have entered. If you confirm that the number is indeed correct, we advise reaching out to your card issuer to assure your card is enabled for online transactions.


We suggest you review the security code located on the back of your card and try entering it again.
