The notification Unexpectedly off the air  is displayed when no audio source is enabled for playback on your Live365 station.

There are 4 audio sources available: LiveDJ, Relay, AutoDJ, and Schedule. For each audio source and station streaming mode, there are a few things that you can check that might be contributing to this specific station notification:

• LiveDJ - Check that the encoder and automation software on your streaming computer is in the "Encoding" state. Confirm that your encoder settings line up with what is presented on your Live365 station. Make sure the audio is being played out correctly.
• Relay - Check if your relay source is functional by accessing the URL from Sources -> Relay and trying to listen to it.
• AutoDJ - Make sure that AutoDJ is enabled by navigating to Sources -> AutoDJ. Check if you have enough tracks for the AutoDJ system to perform a rotation without breaking the DMCA Rules.
• Schedule - Check if there are any scheduled events available at that time by accessing Schedule -> Events.
