Advertisements can help to offset the pricing for your Live365 broadcaster subscription. Depending on how many ads are heard by your listeners, counted as impressions, you can be paid a portion of the advertising revenue as a credit to your Live365 account. More information on the Advertising Revenue Share Program can be found here.

You have the option to go Ad-free and opt out of the the Advertising Revenue Share Program, however, the price of your Live365 broadcaster subscription will increase. If you have not opted out, per the conditions outlined in the Advertising Revenue Share Program, you're required to play 4 minutes of advertising per hour. In other words, 56 mins of music to 4 mins of ads.  As a broadcaster, you have the ability to regulate the frequency of ads to music by following these ratios:

28 mins Music & 2 min ads OR14 mins Music & 1 min ads OR7 mins Music & 30 sec ads

If you are not using AutoDJ, you will need to manually insert the ads into your curated playlists. You can find instructions on how to build playlists and insert the appropriate number of ads here.
