If you are part of the Ad Revenue Share Program, you are required to insert 4 minutes of ads, per hour of programming. Depending on your mode of broadcasting, the steps that you need to take to ensure that you are compliant may vary.

Broadcasting using Live365 AutoDJ:

If you are broadcasting using our AutoDJ feature, ads will be automatically inserted at a rate of 4 minutes of ads per hour. You can choose the length and distribution of your ad breaks in the AutoDJ settings

Broadcasting using Live365 internal scheduling software:

If you are creating Playlists and adding Playlists to your Live365 schedule, you will need to manually insert the ads into your Playlists. The number of ads you need to insert will depend on the length (run time) of your Playlist. You can insert 4 different lengths of ad breaks (30 sec, 60 sec, 90 sec, or 120 sec). You will find the ad break files in your library by typing Live365 into the Playlist creation search bar. Check out our step-by-step instructions on Playlist building

Broadcasting in LiveDJ mode:

If you are connected to your Live365 stream through a 3rd party encoder, and you are part of the Ad Revenue Share Program, you will need to download these LiveDJ Ad Trigger files and insert the trigger files into your programming manually. Be sure not to edit the trigger file's metadata. There are 4 lengths (30 sec, 60 sec, 90 sec, or 120 sec) of ad breaks available for you to choose from.
